Don't get sick, don't have vacation planned and expect to do more and more because they will not praise you unless you're a favorite

They are unable to accurately forecast growth/demand OR they are flooding the floor. Next FY will be a struggle if you don't have luck or favoritism. New reps will be given poor territory if you don't inherit a good vacant one(Low odds).
