The CEO assumed leadership of the sales team last year and just brought in a new CRO. In that time a lot of poor GTM decisions were made. Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of the sales team. Hopefully the new CRO turns things around, but he is from a completely unrelated industry.

The company culture is one of the best I've experienced in my 20-year career! The teams are close-knit, the CEO, CRO, CTO and the whole GTM team are approachable. Quotas are realistic and in line with market potential.

Pretty bad, their onboarding period is a time of extreme scrutiny and they have no empathy towards any personal struggles a new adr may have. Don't get sick, don't have vacation planned and expect to do more and more because they will not praise you unless you're a favorite
