Very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone. They were constantly changing things hoping to find a way to make things work but never did. After admitting they started me in experimental role that was unsuccessful they then drastically reduced my territory size to about 10% of what it was and expected more results. Avoid avoid avoid.

Another Utah tech company. Opportunities are given to those who are part of the "club". I've witnessed incredibly talented sales people come here and fail miserably based on things out of their control - and others succeed by getting handed deals. It's sad. Great product and a lot of great people at Podium. But currently, there isn't a career path for SDR's, below 50% of SDR's hit quota, and I've had 5 managers in the 6 months I've been here.
