Another Utah tech company. Opportunities are given to those who are part of the "club". I've witnessed incredibly talented sales people come here and fail miserably based on things out of their control - and others succeed by getting handed deals. It's sad. It's been a good run, but I'm so happy to get out of that toxic hustle culture. My exit was voluntary .. Best of luck.

OTE is highly unattainable. Most reps will only hit 50% of what they are projected to make in commissions
