Great product and a lot of great people at Podium. But currently, there isn't a career path for SDR's, below 50% of SDR's hit quota, and I've had 5 managers in the 6 months I've been here.

Podium has to be one of the most toxic work environments I have ever experienced. If you are not Mormon or connected to the CEO you will not survive. I beg you to listen to prior reviews. They have an intimidating management that if you speak up or ask any questions, they will pressure and bully you. The product could be good but the lack of care or ability to scale...Read More

Not great. Product was ok for small businesses but there were so many other tools that businesses could use and the long term vision of the company wasn't being executed well. Especially the Sales Motion which became door to door dialing for dollars with no support.

Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open.
