Payscale is a very fun place to work! Only thing is compared to competitors, their product is very expensive and we lose deals that way. As well compared to other orgs, the base is very low and the commission structure doesnt help alot since you barely get inbound leads and many folks know our product is very expensive

Great company that sells a market leading product. Diversity in leadership is severely lacking & sales managers do not train. They only advise to dial more. While sales continue to grow, the majority of SDR org does not hit quota.

If I could rate 0’s I would. Being in a sales role at Payscale from 2023-2024 should be classified as a crime against humanity. Everyone I consider a mentor or friend was either fired outright, PIP’ed or left voluntarily within the span of 12 months.
