Everyone I consider a mentor or friend was either fired outright, PIP’ed or left voluntarily within the span of 12 months. Current Employee3.6Jun 11, 2024Great company that sells a market leading product. Diversity in leadership is severely lacking & sales managers do not train. They only advise to dial more. While sales continue to grow, the majority of SDR org does not hit quota.
