Really bad leadership who have no idea what they’re doing as well as not wanting to improve things. They are very disconnected. Incredibly bad sales, development and coaching culture….it’s pretty much non-existent. No investment in the product for a very long time, means the appetite for solutions we sell with prospects is disappearing fast, with the competition, who were once way behind, now ahead in pretty much all aspects. A very generous remuneration structure and the ability to work from home, are the ONLY reason people stay at the company.

Litte actual support from managers other than make more dials. API's are more important in the managers eyes than hitting quota.

Overall ok experience. Solid product in its space but selling to hr is tough since their budgets are minimal.
