Current Employee4.4Sep 21, 2023Overall, a great company to work for. Base comp is definitely on the lower end, but the incentive structure is well done. Leadership is strong, amazing training program and culture. Occasional complaints about service that make sales reps look bad. Most of the org is highly professional and very friendly.

Former Employee4.1Apr 30, 2024My overall experience was great for a starter position! The training was awesome and they continued to offer training over the years. My team and managers were fantastic, supportive, fun, helpful but easy going. The company has changed a lot since then. The conference trips were always a blast!

Current Employee3.3Sep 26, 2024Currently working for one of the new Inside Sales Hubs. The learning curve has been real as they built it out from nothing but there is a ton of potential. Paychex targets the SMB market, so their “Mid-Market” is 10-49 employees and Enterprise is 50+. Comp could be better but the new plan is easy to understand and has a ton of potential.
