Former Employee2.3Apr 24, 2024It was a pretty standard HCM sales role, nothing exciting but nothing terrible, you'd be better going somewhere with better tech. My issues were more so with my specific manager rather than the company as a whole.

Current Employee2.3Aug 3, 2024Management is misleading when discussing product market fit, and the sales cycle, making it very difficult to hit increased monthly quotas. Role is described as a 50-50 split, with a starting uncompetitive 60k base, making OTE unobtainable due to the 2-3 week sales cycle.

Current Employee3.3Sep 26, 2024Currently working for one of the new Inside Sales Hubs. The learning curve has been real as they built it out from nothing but there is a ton of potential. Paychex targets the SMB market, so their “Mid-Market” is 10-49 employees and Enterprise is 50+. Comp could be better but the new plan is easy to understand and has a ton of potential.
