Quotas are set based on the top 5% of reps, who receive additional leads, territory, and preferential treatment. Management is not transparent and largely hides from reps and clients. The culture is self declared as excellent, but is mainly isolating and borderline toxic. Cross functional collaboration is necessary, but poorly executed. Reps are encouraged to send unqualified referrals. The SDRs are not coached to produce qualified leads and frequently double book AEs with appointments that were set with an inaccurate pitch.
