My overall experience was 3/10, in these roles yourself and other reps are calling into the same client so they are being bombarded with calls from Paychex. Not this smart sales strategy + your territory you get can make or break you depending on the partners and what not.

Worked there for several years and it was good to me and my family. Training and Development was probably the best, and compensation for top performers is in line. If you are average, pay is below average

Great product and tech solution, low base and aggressive target metrics, leadership focuses more on activity than on actually selling, scheduled call blocks, leadership sits in on calls, not a very productive environment unless looking for an entry level role.
