They treat all reps like BDRs, will only train you on how to generate new opportunities. They doubled quota and cut commission in half to help pump the stock. Pricing the product is nebulous and always changing, there are no actual sales people leading the commercial organization besides Ted. It's an unbelievably poor sales culture, half the people I knew left within 6-9 months, and it's extremely cut throat. The product is incredible and can literally do anything, but it's not a sales org worth working for anytime soon.

horrible culture for salespeople. Sales leadership acts in bad faith - lies to your face and will do everything to screw salespeople over. Believe the other reviews! In case you have not caught on yet from the MANY reviews here and on glassdoor, Palantir hates salespeople. Having read all of the reviews here before posting, I actually think they do not justice to the level of unethical behavior I have witnessed in this sales org.
