In case you have not caught on yet from the MANY reviews here and on glassdoor, Palantir hates salespeople. Having read all of the reviews here before posting, I actually think they do not justice to the level of unethical behavior I have witnessed in this sales org. There are so many specifics that anyone who has worked here can go on and on with about their time at Palantir. I am still here but hoping to leave soon like virtually all of the other reps. Don’t take the bait and join this toxic org. Believe what you see and read here over and over again. It’s that bad

Unorganized, chaotic. Sales culture in machiavellian, but the implementation and product is magic. Really fun to go work with customers.
