Back to ReviewsFormer Employee This company has an incredible product but donkeys for leadership. They treat sales people like worthless pigs, and have not been able to shake the “we’re arrogant” reputation they got many years ago.
Firing people in 60 days for “not having enough pipe”, leads/accounts being poached by your own teammates, commission paid 6-9 months late, commission slashed post taking the job from 8% > 2-3%, punish hard working team members who are building pipeline from scratch and celebrate people who score moonshots like they’re some kind of success story when in reality it was luck…stay away from this company at all costs if you’re in sales, especially if you’re coming from a reputable company with success…they just want your Rolodex and will fire you so they don’t have to pay you, like they have done with so many people (even if you’ve closed deals).
Disgraceful sales org that should be ashamed of themselves.
