Terrible - the comp plan is a lie. Management has set up the structure so that they can stiff you on commissions at will, and they do it to every seller. You will be MISERABLE here.

Don't ever work in sales for Palantir. They don't ever pay a rep according to the plan, and sometimes they arbitrarily refuse to pay at all. They hate sales people and treat all of them like crap.

The technology and engineers that implement it are amazing. Some of the most fun work you may ever get to do. Problem lies with a few middle management 'leadership' that rule with an iron fist and you never actually talk to. A wasted opportunity to create an amazingly close team. Everyone is scared.

Sales leaders have 0 sales experience and have created the WORST sales culture on the planet. NO ONE will speak up because THEY WILL FIRE YOU. They eliminated marketing 🤡& don’t believe in developing your territory. U lose your acct if there’s no meaningful meetings every 30 days. It’s unbelievable👎🏻
