Palantir has exceptional technology with a strong market fit but unfortunately sales leadership is run very poorly and there are folks in senior roles that shouldn’t be.

This company has an incredible product but donkeys for leadership. They treat sales people like worthless pigs, and have not been able to shake the “we’re arrogant” reputation they got many years ago.
