They keep the sales team (reps & managers) in the dark about major decisions that effect us then have the audacity to pretend like it’s a benefit to us when everyone knows it’s the opposite.
Up until last quarter, commercial was cut into lower & upper COMM & they took all the best leads from lower COMM & fed them to upper, thereby starving lower COMM & making it IMPOSSIBLE to hit quota & then pointed the finger at lower COMM for missing their # (even though only 10-15% of AEs in the company were hitting). Then as a “solution”, at the start of 2024 they forced all lower Commercial New Logo Account Executives into a Customer Success type role against their will.
In the same move, they “promoted” the entire SDR organization and made them all into Account Executives, thereby making a mockery out of what was once a prestigious position that had to be earned into an entry level role.
