Outreach was bar none one of the most toxic places I have ever worked for. Everyone there is unhappy, and that's a fact. Although I did appreciate the PTO for having a new kiddo.

Outreach has made a ton of positive changes in the past year with regards to leadership, commission structure and overall company direction and focus. The product is amazing and we win if we get in front of the customer at the right time.

Close but no cigar. Lots of potential, but too much turn over and not enough consistency. We're getting enabled on something new every week, and changing processes and managers every 2 weeks. We desperately need to just be left to do our job.

Things are looking up for Outreach. The need for sales execution tools is huge but compensation could be more competitive.
