I used to love every bit about working for the company but it slowly started to get worse over time. During hard times I believe companies should have their employees back. (That used to be a core value)

Current Employee3.3Jun 21, 2023Close but no cigar. Lots of potential, but too much turn over and not enough consistency. We're getting enabled on something new every week, and changing processes and managers every 2 weeks. We desperately need to just be left to do our job.
