Overall bad place to work. Terrible senior leadership blind to the problems in the field. Runs very much like an SMB shop and little understanding of Enterprise. All of the good people in leadership have left

Good product but is extremely limited by ICP and is not set up well for non ICP.. competition comes from every angle even though this is the best product of all. Good company and great product overall.

Great product, great people. wish they could figure out what is wrong in leadership. There has been a lot of leadership change so I am hopeful things will turn around.

Outreach has made a ton of positive changes in the past year with regards to leadership, commission structure and overall company direction and focus. The product is amazing and we win if we get in front of the customer at the right time.
