Lots of changes this year, and almost definitely more changes to come. WLB and Base Salary are great and make some of the other parts of the job more digestible. Such a limited TAM that there isn't really anything new to do for outbound, or remaining prospects that haven't spoken to us before. That equates to no inbounds and deals won + lost by past experience or connections. Administrative nightmare with existing book of customers. Not sure anyone at Olo knows how to write an enforceable contract. It's essentially an AM role, and that's fine for most of us.

Great leadership on the CSM team with opportunities to promote internally. Very intelligent group of folks and leadership was very transparent with entire organization.

Recent adjustments have made it impossible to hit quota here. So far this year not a single rep is on track to hit their target, and with the quota where it is, that is not going to change. And the company is still hiring.
