The sales organization at Quantcast was quite hectic. Sales targets constantly kept moving throughout the year, and quotas were typically provided weeks after the quarter started that seemed like leadership was constantly putting quotas way out of reach. My overall experience was very lack luster most of my peers and I struggled significantly to find success here and the leadership was very poor if you look at the turnover its telling

Overall not a great product market fit. A lot larger players in the space offering more and capturing the market share. Management is constantly changing quota making things a moving target.
