NICE culture took over In Contact culture. Employees are not valued. Support is weak at best. Segmentation in enterprise was poorly designed.

My overall experience was fair, with NICE. The sales process is complex, and it appears there is no real sense of urgency to get deals over the finish line. There can be upwards of 20 people involved in the sales process, and if the client is not considered enterprise, be prepared to receive very little support/urgency. I love the technology. Really resonates, and customers have no problem telling us we're superior to our competitors even when we lose a deal. Biggest problem is lack of leadership within Sales organization. Overlays are suspect and looking for handouts it appears. Maybe it's just the area we're in
