NICE is changing management and things are unsettles atm in Sales. But overall is a great company and I have loved my time here.

The top down culture here is awful. Leaders lack humility and don't seem to care about the people that work for them. They brag about how much money people make, by showing data from years ago, and 70% of the team was under 70% of quota for 2022. Customers are consistently unhappy with service levels and/or product performance. So many unhappy people working there...Read More

Best company I worked for. The team was great, the product was awesome and advance rapidly to stay ahead of the market. We were changing the game and I was stoked to be part of it, where we were truly helping companies make a difference. I recommend this company.

Overall a great company to work for. Marketing inbound lead flow seems lower and others but thats apart of sales always need to be creating new pipeline
