The market is competitive, and you have to make sure prospects know WHY NICE is the best (financial stability, investment in R&D, AI, etc.). I took a little cut in my base to come here, knowing you can make a lot of money here on the incentive side. I prefer Enterprise accounts, and the sales cycle is longer (12-18 months) but the rewards are bigger. My lowest rated item was on inbound leads. We do a lot of great marketing, but at the level that I sell at, it requires an understanding of the executive leadership and proactive, thoughtful outreach and you should not expect to be fed any leads. I do recommend people in my network to apply for jobs here. Know that NICE is selective. Bring your A game. Browse Other Reviews
