There is absolutely zero urgency on pipeline being at historic lows, while quotas are at historic highs. Add to that DECCELERATORS on your commissions until you hit 50% of quota for the year. There's not enough pipeline to make that happen. Also, good luck being promoted within the company as they cap you at a 15% pay increase which means you will make significantly less than your peers.

80% of sellable accounts owned by 20% of reps. The other 20% spread amongst WAY to many. SMB and MM accoiunts in Enterprise and all quotas are the same. Comp plan delivered 3 months into year and points all the ways they ding you. Commission always wrong. Culture of fear and gaslighting.
