There is absolutely zero urgency on pipeline being at historic lows, while quotas are at historic highs. Add to that DECCELERATORS on your commissions until you hit 50% of quota for the year. There's not enough pipeline to make that happen. Also, good luck being promoted within the company as they cap you at a 15% pay increase which means you will make significantly less than your peers.

My overall experience wasn't the best as I did not feel like there was adequate training. There was no clear expectations or communication between management and employees. Commission structure was unfair, confusing and constantly changing.

NICE has made many acquisitions, leading to many overlays and more internal competition than external competition. The Leadership Team lacks transparency and creates a toxic culture among the reps. They will find a way not to pay you the commission that they owe you from a closed deal. However, their product is excellent and in extremely high demand right now.
