NICE has an outstanding set of solutions and is a long time market leader in the CCaaS space. Sales leadership though is as toxic as I've experienced in my +20 years and that's being nice ;) Let me ask you,Do you enjoy having everything be urgent and treated like a fire drill? How about documenting the same information in multiple locations on a weekly basis and then getting to present the same information 3 times a week? If that gets you excited then you'll love the impromptu pass/fail sales pitches for your leadership where you get 2 chances to pass before grounds for termination. Now you're probably thinking, "there's no way, that's true" we'll you'd be wrong because I personally watched a team member get sent packing after failing the 1st presentation. Don't get me wrong, it was an epic failure of a presentation. But worth losing your job for? Anyway, hopefully this provides perspective into the sales org at NICE and don't say I didn't warn you. :) Cheers!

The overall culture and support was commendable. The salary for the position was way below similar roles in other companies with little bonus once a year. People were getting hired on my team at a higher salary than me. Requirements of job were constantly changing and more responsibility was required without more pay.
