Former Employee2.7Feb 7, 2024My experience was terrible. I would not recommend it. Leadership is just as worse.
Current Employee3.0Mar 7, 2024Leadership in the mid-market space is brutal. We are extremely micromanaged and have impossible KPIs to adhere to. Former Employee2.4Sep 9, 2024Current SDR leadership is clueless. The quota is entirely too high, and account quality is too low. The AES, inbound SDRs, and outbound SDRs are all fighting for a few opportunities. Along with low account quality, our products' marketplace is saturated, making setting a meeting harder than ever before.
