Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Motive use to be a great place to work. They have begun to undergo many changes starting with the commercial segment as a test and working up market. All cmrl reps were split into new logo or manage existing business. If you were told to go existing business you did not have a choice and they have now implemented a cards spend quota. Base salary has only gone down the last 2.5 years and with new quotas being rolled our the commission % per deal has also gone down. Managers have your back but at the end of the day they say comes from the top and they do not hear/listen to the voices in the trenches. Still the best or tied for the best product on the market so there is opportunity just need to be prepared to work at a woke environment with ever changing quotas and responsibilities.
