My overall experience is that they have minimal training, but great internal resources to find things for yourself. Leadership is really all about hitting goals, at whatever expense. If you work here, make sure you’re ready to work 65/70 hour work weeks. The sales process isn’t really streamlined at all either. Takes about 35 steps to get from initial discovery call to closed/won, moved to onboarding.
