My overall experience has been very positive thus far. The team is very collaborative and supportive and I’m very impressed with our SDR and marketing organizations. We solve complex problems for our clients that are critical to their operation. Our product team is constantly iterating on how to make additional use cases come to life based on market fit, which is also refreshing. The pace is fast moving, which I like.

Motive use to be a great place to work. They have begun to undergo many changes starting with the commercial segment as a test and working up market. All cmrl reps were split into new logo or manage existing business. If you were told to go existing business you did not have a choice and they have now implemented a cards spend quota. Overall I enjoyed my experience, with that said leadership has shifted gears in the last 12 months. The core industry they serve has been hit hard.
