When the economy took a downturn in beginning of 2023, they began “restructuring” and making it harder to achieve quota which instead of doing layoffs, they got people to organically quit. Great business decision honestly. The ones of us that are left are struggling for the most part.

Current Employee4.3Feb 1, 2024Over this is a great company to come in and build a solid foundation and confidence at. You are ask to do a lot but hard work does pay off here if you put in the effort. I’d also recommend on who your manager is. Most are great but if you get a poor one you may not enjoy your time as much

Current Employee3.4Sep 6, 2023Don't provide enough accounts - solid product / cultural overall but there just simply aren't a ton of teams and companies willing to move databases. Databases are notoriously sticky products.
