Mongo used to be a great place to work in sales. When the economy took a downturn in beginning of 2023, they began “restructuring” and making it harder to achieve quota which instead of doing layoffs, they got people to organically quit. Great business decision honestly. The ones of us that are left are struggling for the most part.

Seems like they are lacking in diversity/inclusion. I’ve heard rumblings of getting more engagement with the employee resource groups
