Over this is a great company to come in and build a solid foundation and confidence at. You are ask to do a lot but hard work does pay off here if you put in the effort. I’d also recommend on who your manager is. Most are great but if you get a poor one you may not enjoy your time as much

Pros: Incredible technology / product Sharp and talented people across many depts Complex tech / disciplined sales process - good for resume / career Cons: Lots of volatility as they try to figure out how to change the GTM / org structure and comp structure - still haven't figured it out, the result: impossible to hit OTE, comp plans are already below market rate...Read More
