Great culture. You’re surrounded by other hardworking individuals that motivate you to work hard as well. Salary is below market value. Some aspects of the quota are easy to hit, others not so much.

Great experience from a development and learning about the technology standpoint. However, quota attainment is dependent on your territory, which can lengthen the time it takes to get promoted. This may lead to demotivation for some before they are moved to a more fruitful territory where their efforts can be rewarded.

MongoDB is going through a pivot currently, moving towards a purely consumption based model that is great for customers and the company. How this affects reps seems tbd.
