Good product, great enablement, interesting space. From timing perspective, doesn’t feel like a good time to be at the company. Restructuring and quite layoffs within the organization, high pressure environment, QBR’s that are not actually making anyone better, metrics obsession I haven’t seen in any other company and I think it’s hurting the culture and business. Sales people should conduct activities to create business, not to serve a Dashboard. With the new consumption model, reps are 95% dependent on their book of business, which will determine success. They will invest a lot of time and attention during the recruitment process, don’t expect to be treated the same way during your time there.
