My overall experience was okay. Organizational changes every FY. Structure, KPI, Incentives all change. Sales leadership unclear expectations.

Microsoft is on a downward spiral with placing focus on earnings and not employees. I.E. - No COLA or Raises for 2024 after a solid/super strong prior year. Being told, "Be grateful", "Do more with less", "It is going to get worse before it gets better" (Spoiler alert, it is worse than it has been) is a consistent message from top down. Every. Single. Day.
