I enjoyed my time as a customer success manager for Microsoft. I got to see customers formulate a vision, execute against it, and share their success. The feedback that was provided through that process drove a continual improvement cycle that resulted in material product feedback which further drove adoption. For me the best part of the job was working with customers - they inspired me every day.
