Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Microsoft is one of the best tech companies to work for. A safe haven from layoffs (usually) and management is a lot more relaxed. You do not make the same at other tech companies (ie Salesforce). However, in my experience Microsoft is a much more relaxed company which has a well-being focus. This is, of course, manager dependant so I do highly recommend to always check with the team which you are applying for whether the manager is pro wellbeing and flex work. As a general rule of thumb, be sceptical about UKI management (they do not tend to understand the importance of in-person visits to customers or the fact that expats have family back home and want to visit them).
