Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There was no real commission structure. If I would sell and meet my goals, everyone else on the team would receive a bonus for that quarter regardless if they had sold anything at all. At one point we had people who were employed that had not sold anything in over a year and were getting paid more than people that would actually sell. The leadership team was also pretty clueless the entire time. We were tasked with teaching the rest of our team members and coaching them throughout. We also did not have a pre-sales team and we had to jump into our team member's calls to assist and still keep our own sales quota. The pay was sub-par to any other sales position and so were the levels because the position was "retail" before we were hired in as externals. This left us no room for growth into other positions because we were seen like we did not have real experience (even though most of the new hires had amazing experience and some even had masters and were even studying for their Ph.D.). It was frustrating. They ended up laying everyone off in the end instead. Browse Other Reviews
