Lucid is a phenomenal organization to work for. Great people with an awesome culture. Those of us who have been at the company for a long time are here because it's the environment and type of org we're passionate about. If OTE is your primary criterion, you will most likely find higher offers elsewhere. While this is an important consideration, I also value career development, upward mobility, and skill mastery over OTE alone.

Tough market to be successful in, most reps not hitting quota. But there is always opportunity if you work hard enough.

Despite initial success, Lucid lacks a clear vision for go to market, relying heavily on a product that “sells itself” without fostering innovation. Lots of favoritism and micromanagement. 5% of sales reps hit and layoffs are coming again.
