Not a single Ent AE is on path to hit their annual goal. Despite this, company is creating new AE positions, which is disappointing. AE's are leaving because of this.

There is a lot of ongoing change internally with a new CEO, and recently the CMO and CRO both left. The product is solid, and better than the competition, but deal cycles are slow for the ASP.
