A lot of new leadership, with new leadership also leaving quickly once they realize what they joined. Little to no alignment among leadership as they're all onboarding. Redundancies occurring with other employees being managed out at the same time. Metrics and micromanaging aplenty. Not much of a realistic company vision or future.

No one over exceeds, leadership churns people asap and blames them for the teeny territories but it keeps happening

Great product and market fit. However, Quotas are way out of line and AE's do not make quota here based on low average deal size. Constant leadership changes.
