Great product and market fit. However, Quotas are way out of line and AE's do not make quota here based on low average deal size. Constant leadership changes.

Once a pioneer and market leader, they seem to be struggling to develop a new identity. The volatile tech economy certainly didn't help, but the strategy was to do more with less. Layoffs and an increasingly crowded market did not make for an enjoyable culture.
