Low compensation and attainability for sellers to obtain OTE. 20-30% of sellers get close to quota. Very difficult environment to succeed as an AE.

They product doesn’t have a good expand motion for customers, which puts you in a perpetual loop of selling small land deals. This puts a huge strain on reps as they need a high volume of opps on the go. Overall the experience here has been good. The company is investing in marketing, sales training, and tools to support the team. Product is first in it's class, albeit in a niche offering.
