The company was much more "human" when I first started. Things have gone downhill but there is still potential here to be a great place to work. It will likely be a while until things turn around, however.

Going from a phase 1 to phase 2 company is challenging, and not for everyone. Great opportunity for AEs that are comfortable augmenting inbound revenue with outbound efforts, not a good fit for AEs that just want to rely on inbound/expansion deals.
