Great company. Good work/life balance & comp plans. But plenty of change across last 1-2 years in efforts to setup company for next phase of growth. Market leading product but need to build out additional SKU to increase ASP/LTV for customers to maintain position. Strong recent recruitment across various positions, including senior leadership, in recent quarters. There is a varied level of confidence in direction of company across the org but showing signs on trending in the right direction.

Great product. Customers love it. Competition is starting to catch up. Company is building out its product suite and the message is resonating with customers. TBD on how well the new products are able to be monetized. Company has lots of people in leadership positions and may take another year or so for the products and messaging to take off.
