Avoid it. Great product, poor leadership. The average rep tenure is 8 months, sink or swim. In two years I've seen countless turnover. Comp plan is great if you can get some decent customer install accounts and bring in a few NN. Territories are a mess and change multiple times within the year, lots of changes as all management was pushed out in sales and the...Read More
