Former Employee Avoid it. Great product, poor leadership. The average rep tenure is 8 months, sink or swim. In two years I've seen countless turnover. Comp plan is great if you can get some decent customer install accounts and bring in a few NN. Territories are a mess and change multiple times within the year, lots of changes as all management was pushed out in sales and the new team is cleaning house and it will be a grind that makes you miserable every day with the new team. Expenses are being cut and scrutinized to the point of having to take spirit airlines with a layover to save a few bucks over a direct on southwest. If you can make it long enough for the equity to vest- may pay off in about 18-24 months. Browse Other Reviews
